- Contact Form: Name, email address, phone number, company name, Mitel system type, and message content when you submit our contact form.
- Phone Verification ("Call Us"): Name, email address, phone number, and optionally company name and Mitel system type when you request our direct phone number. We send a one-time verification code to your phone by text message or automated voice call.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not collect information automatically beyond standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and messages
- Schedule and conduct consultations
- Provide the services you request

We Do Not Share Your Data

Phone Verification and Service Providers
When you request our phone number, we send you a single one-time code to confirm that you own the number you entered. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use this number to send marketing messages. To deliver the code and protect our forms from automated abuse, we use service providers such as Twilio (code delivery) and Cloudflare (spam protection). These providers process your information only to perform those services. We save your request, including whether your phone number was verified, so that we can follow up with you.
Data Storage
Contact form submissions are stored securely using Convex, our backend platform. We retain your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
